Inbox messages not always bold

I use Outlook 2007. My view is (show in groups, collapse) by Sender and I
notice sometimes a new email will appear in a person's folder but their name
is NOT bold so I didn't know if there was a new email. What can I do to make
sure all new emails are bold?
 
In outlook 2007 from View->Current View->Customize Current View->Automatic
formatting then click Unread group headers and change the fonts (preferably
black)
Then you will see that unread mail appears balck.
