Inbox mail problems

I have the new vista program and I have windows mail. I can send and recieve
emails but if I want to send a email when I am on line then it goes to the
outlook office mail instead of my windows mail. Can I set the windows mail as
a default mail or not
 
I have had this problem too. And once, I got the e-mail with the preface
"[BULK]" infront of it, and several times have got the e-mail with all the
content missing.

I know this doesn't help, but at least you know others are suffering with you!

Windows Mail has no way to do this. Some other program is checking your
mail and doing it. It may be an anti-spam program at your mail server. I
have no idea what this has to do with jessie's problem.
