Hello:
I've set up my mail so that my new mail *should* deliver to a box inside a
..pst. But this kicks in sometimes (when I'm *not* at my desk for instance,
but am in a conf room during a meeting) and not at others--when i *am* at my
desk. Is there anything I can do on my client to control this?

Thanks, Germaine

I'm not sure I understand what is not working properly...is the new mail not
coming in at all, or is it going to another folder, or...? Also, what
version of Outlook?

Hi Joceyln:
Generally it continues to go to an Inbox that is not in the .pst. Even if I
move that inbox to the .pst, when opening Outlook again, a new inbox
(external to the .pst) is created and the mail goes there. UNLESS i am NOT at
my desk. Then the mail IS delivered to a folder within the .pst that I've
specified.

Thanks, Germaine

Are you using Exchange server as well as a .PST? If not, Outlook must be
creating new .PSTs for these new Inboxes...

Sure is :-) Unfortunately I'm not an Exchange expert, so you might want to
repost your question in a new thread and make sure you say you're using
Exchange as well as a .PST file. Good luck!
