Inbox displays in Business Contact Activities?

For some reason now, my Inbox is being displayed in my Business Contacts
Activity box, I've tried clearing my cache, and re-installing, but it still
doesn't fix the problem. I have recently installed SP 2 for XP, but I've used
Outlook and CM with no proplems several times since SP 2.


Please help! I need to find out what I've done with my customers in the past!
 
The data should be fine. This is an issue with the form. Have you tried
deleting the subfolders in the Forms folder where Frmcache.dat resides? Have
you applied Office 2003 Sp1 and the SP1 for BCM?
