Inbox and New Mail

Exch.5.5 and Office XP. One user is saying her mail is taking forvever to
get to her. After duplicating the problem I saw that the mail was being
checked and outgoing mail was going out, however it would not show new mail
if the focus was on the Inbox. Once I clicked on Drafts, the mail that had
been recieved showed up in the Inbox. I've looked at offline and connection
settings and haven't been able to make any progress with this. How do I get
the mail to show up while Inbox is highlighted like all the others?

UDP blocking is causing your problem. See if one of these articles helps:

That's a good start. I'll know more about it once I have done some reading.
It almost sounds like a minor port config problem. Thanks for your reply.
