INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE

my machine gives me this blue screen and message. STOP:
0x0000007B INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
the machine hung after tranferring a file to floppy when I
tried to restart the BSoD keeps coming up with the above
message. Any help for me?

Since the machine hung before you rebooted and got this I suspect you
have a file system problem. You want to boot from the 2000 CD, choose
repair and choose recovery console. Then choose your OS and login. Run
chkdsk /p to check the file system and when finished type exit to
reboot.
