inaccesible boot device

when booting all i get is a blue screen with "inaccesible
boot device" and can not go any further. can anyone help?
and the restore disk locks up won't restore

this is a sign of a faulty hard drive, try replacing the

drive and imaging the old hard drive using ghost
 
Yess I was seeing if I could getting Java Memory card and my Asseccilibity
and lost it all.
