After downloading the Windows Service Pack 1a, I can no
longer log on to my computer. Once I turn the computer on,
Windows XP boots up, but no Welcome screen appears after a
while of waiting. All it does next is reboot itself, over
and over again. How can I solve this..?
Thanks for any help...

the problem you have with your computer is that you have
corrupted the necessary files to start windows. I have
had this problem before and all u need to do is use the
recovery system to recover windows you should have a
recovery floopy disk and 3 master cds. put in your floppy
and wait for it to load and follow the on screen messages
and insert the cds when asked to windows will then
restart and your problem will be solved. regards james
