Inability to download Service Pack 6.1

Boots

After being zapped by a virus nasty things happend to my
machine. Wiped the virtual machine and played games with
the dll library. I have downloaded the current Virtual
Machine, run system file check and one or two other things
but I still cann't download SP6.1. Any help or advice
gratefully received.

P.S. Everything works OK in Netscape but I just don't like it.

I've played around a bit more now but still nothing works.

I susspect the problem is a corrupted dll file but which I
don't know. Had a similar problem after a son screwed the
loading of a game which gave all the symptoms I'm haveing
now, then a fix (untangled a pair of corupted dll's) from
Microsoft sorted it.
