In Win2000,word 2003,how can I deal with the error8000401a

hi

I have win 2000 Operation System on my TERMINAL SERVER and Offiec 2003,in dcomcnfg command ,I have add the permisions with aspnet account,but I encounter the error CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 8000401a,I usually encounter the error about the word in asp.net is not the error code 8000401a,I can deal with the usually error with dcomcnfg command,but this time ,the error 8000401a,I can't.

how can I do?

Change the identity for the server application to run under a
particular user.
