Is it possible to automaticlly select a defualt print based on what network
you are connected to?
Is it possible to have a different defualt printer if you are printing
something with color?

You have to log off XP and then log back on with a user profile specific to
the network you are logging onto. That user profile can have a default
printer different than other user profiles.

Not if you are printing both B&W and color documents from the same program.
I also cannot think of any programs that allows you to assign a default
printer that is different than the default printer for that session of XP.
