In Vista Pic It Pub 2002 crashes??

Opens, but when try to open file I get error message-Pic It stopped working,
with detail Application Crash! I tried loading the Ram Fix pi9229 but it
won't load, says it's for a different system.

I use Pic It a lot and really need it to work in my new computer with Vista,
my old XP computer died! I use it in my work. Thanks for any Help
