Hi - please post in an Internet Explorer newsgroup and provide a lot more
information, such as the exact text of any error messages you get, event log
errors you see, what service packs/patches you have applied, etc.

In addition, if English is not your native language, you may wish to look
for a newsgroup designated for your native language, so there will be fewer
misunderstandings.
