in place upgrade

any issues with upgrading a NT4 workstation to w2k server?
server will be a member server in current domain. current
nt4 workstation has shares that i dont want to change, but
i would like it to be "server" and not "pro".

There is no supported upgrade path from any version of workstation to any
version of server.

No, no issues, other than the fact that it cannot be done. ;-}

There is no supported "upgrade" path to transition from a
workstation OS to a server OS. You'll have to format the hard drive
and perform a clean installation.
