I Want to Read a Table's Data in MS Access and display on the Form.
How Can I Start ?
 
If you are unfamiliar with creating and/or using forms, I would suggest that
you use a Wizard:

1. Click the Forms tab on the database window.
2. Click New.
3. A popup window will open with a number of selections in a ListBox.
Select Form Wizard.
At the bottom of that popup window, you will see a combo box requesting
that you select the Table/Query from which the form's data will derive.
Select your table. Then click ok.

4. Follow the additional prompts which allow you to select fields to appear
on the form, plus design choices.
