In email system, make groups that can be sent to but do not show

In business, sometimes we wish to send requests to multiple vendors and such.
It would be handy to have a selection for a group which would send the email
to the group but would hide from all vendors the names and addresses of the
other vendors (similar to how fax systems work.) It especially would need to
be set up so that a reply to the email would not go to anyone but the
original sender so others would not see others price quotes, etc.

Thank you,

John Hamilton

I agree with Vince A. but you need to do just a little more. Once you've put
the list of clients or group on the Bcc: line you need to "Hide" it by going
to the View menu and clicking on the Bcc: icon to remove the highlight to it.
This will hide it to you and to everyone else that receives it. If you are
sending from MS Word you can use the Option menuu to hide it, also.

Nonsense. Whether or not the _sender_ can see the Bcc field has no bearing
on what the _recipients_ see.
