In Outlook 2000,

Where is the code for: when choosing the down arrow button next to the phone
number text fields. This brings up a form filled with choices of which phone
number the field will be used for. (This looks like a combo box but isn't).
When you choose from this form, it then fills the label next to the arrow .
I would like to modify the choices available or make my own form instead if
I have to. There are way too many obsolete choices in there.
Thanks for any help. (I am new to Outlook but have done some coding in
Access)
Hope I'm not asking for anything too foolish.

Carol

You're not asking for anything foolish, merely impossible to do.
Unfortunately the phone number choices can't be edited. The best you can do
is create a custom form and recreate these choices. In otherwords, if you
have a SMS number you need to store, put it in the Callback field and create
that field manually with it's own label.

Thanks,
I'll start on it and try.
