In Calendar search can you see a tally of the items found?

Can Outlook give me a total of the items found when I search in the Calendar?
Presently it gives me a total of all the items in the calendar, even when
I've applied a search and only half a page comes up (for instance) it still
shows thousands of calendar items in the bottom left of the screen instead of
the total of items found on the search.

Yes, I'm using the 2007 version but I don't get a count of the results when I
search for calendar items. I just get the complete total and it doesn't
change even if I change the search words.

Which version? Outlook 2007 shows the count of the results.
