" & " in a label

I'm using Access 97. I have a report that requires in the
report header, in a label to Say "EG&G"
I can not get the & to show. once I preview it. it show
in the box on the label and in the caption of the property
window.
How do I do this?

Use EG&&G and it will show the ampersand!!
