IMSI Easy Language 6.1 works ok on my computer but not on laptop

Hi, Both my computers are running XP Pro. The software works fine on my home
computer. It seems to load OK on my laptop but will not run. I double click
the desktop item and nothing happens, same in ALL PROGRAMS. Any ideas to get
this software to run on my laptop please. Laptop is a HP NC2400.
