What are the chances of getting the MS Anti Spy to abort and still maintain
the items that it has found so far and clean those, as well as an audible
sound of some kind to let the user know that it is finished scanning. I use
it regulary on my machine and others that come to me to have bugs/nasties
removed and so far its been a great product but it could use a little
tweeking to help improve its functionallity for the end user.

Those are both excellent suggestions. I've heard the "partial scan" one
before--but can't recall the audible signal for end-of-scan suggestion--both
good ones.

I don't know where the beta2 process is, in terms of malleability--but I
hope these can be considered. Thanks for posting them.

Hi

MS is probably trapped with what shall be open for
commercial companys and this functions will of course also then be used
from the "bad guys".

IE7 is a key app for this and who knows when i arrives. Beta2 or
Defendern will probably be tight to IE7.

- Ban toolbars ?

- Ban ActiveX ?

- Ban/restrict all "automagic" openings ?

This is a mess now and users cannot handle this situation.

And it will be even worse during 2006 !

djartsinc laid this down on his screen :

I have some imformation on IE7, a saved IE7 document on my desktop, so,
I know it is comming. From what I read, it is designed for big corperation
and web designers, I'm not sure if it will be made available for regular
microsoft customers, but it does sound interesting. Will MSAS 2 also be
designed for corperate business or for the general customers?

Hi again

There are a lot of rumours but MS seems to hide everything
within different blogs, nothing official.

But maybe blogs is the way nowadays.........?!

About this mess ! these 3 URLs showing this anarchy and how the bad
guys
using mostly IE 6 and exploits for different Hijacks.

MS must totally "close" IE7 no matter about invested commercial money.

How many users pays to use for example Spyaxe and all clones ?

So read and think what you are seeing.

2006 to first half of 2006.
