Improve column selection in the outlook address book

Microsoft has seen fit to give you almost unlimited control over the
selection and sorting of columns, that are displayed in the Outlook messages
window.
many different sources are combined to produce the address listing in the
adderss book BUT, there's no control over exactly what columns get
transferred from each source to the address book nor is there any column
control within the address book. To make matters even more confusing, the
column names, displayed in the contacts list have slightly different names
when they are displayed in the address book.
I've waited for several versions to see this fixed and was disappointed to
see there was no change in outlook 2003.
