Impossible to remove a file...

Hi all

I have Windows XP Pro sp1 FR (HDD: ntfs) with all the possible updates, it works very very well ! But... i don't know how, yesterday when I was working on a PHP script, I name the file 'nul.php'... I would to delete it but THEN... IMPOSSIBLE !!! I tried to boot in MS DOS to remove it but it's impossible... does anybody could say me how to remove this file ?

NUL is reserved, as is COM1, PRN, etc. The following article explains:

Basically, if it is a FAT partition, try:
DEL NU?.*

For NTFS, you want to bypass reserved-word checks and should use:
DEL \\.\drive letter:\path\NUL

Boot your computer in safe mode and try deleting file.
