MatroX Marvel 400 TV

I installed Windows Movie Maker last version in my PC
and when i try to open a video source , a error massage
tell me." The video source is now in use , try to unplug
it and try again" this is a translation for the spanish
message.

My graphic card is a Matrox Marcel G400 TV.
