Imports System.Web.Mail error

I am trying to add a reference to System.Web.Mail in VB.NET application and
getting an error saying Namespace or type 'Mail' for the Imports
'System.Web.Mail' cannot be found.

How can I fix it or it is only accessible in ASP.NET application?

Did you add the actual reference via the Project...Add Reference menu?
