Importing

I can't import anything, when I try to import a videp or a picture, it tells
me {C:\Documents and Settings\metalgie\My Documents\v.wmv could not be
imported. Unspecified error} can you help me?

Some users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
