importing yahoo address book to gmail and/or outlook express

Though following g-mails' instructions I have had a terrible,
unsuccessful time trying to import my yahoo address book to gmail and
outlook express. Can someone please help me succeed? Thank you!

This has nothing to do with Outlook. Ask in a gmail forum, a Yahoo forum,
or an Outlook Express newsgroup.
