would anyone happen to know if it is possible to import a ppt10.pcb
file into powerpoint 2003?

I don't believe so. Never heard of anybody doing it so far, anyhow.
But isn't there some kind of Save Settings wizard in 2002? (checks) Yep,
there seems to be. Start, Programs, Microsoft Office Tools, Save My Settings
Wizard. See if that saves the settings in a way that the Save My Settings Wiz
in 2003 can read.
