Windows Calendar exports in an ics format. Unfortunately, Outlook can
handle only single events in an ICS format. However, you can purchase
converters that will allow Outlook to import multiple events in ICS format,
such as found at vsync.4team.biz. You can also publish your Windows
Calender to an Internet calendar (like iCALShare.com or calendar.google.com
and Outlook should be able to subscribe to this as well.

Outlook 2007 imports multiple appointments in ics format from Windows
Calendar fine. They either import with an option to add them to the main
Calendar or to open as a new Calendar. They can also be opened directly via
a double-click on the saved file (provided the association is with Outlook)
and entries can be selectively copied to the main Calendar.

Thanks, Bill. Reading my documentation last night seemed to indicate that
importing an ICS file would open a new appointment window. I'm glad to know
that it's not true.
