Importing WIndows Address Book & VCards to Outlook

I have tried to import vcards created in Vista from Windows Address Book in
the attempt to get them into Outlook 2007. Does anyone know how I can do
this? Note that the windows address book was converted to vcards so they are
both the same contacts, but I'll be darned if MS doesn't give you a way to
get them into Outlook WITHOUT doing it one at a time.
 
Why are you using vCards? Why not just import the Windows Address Book from
Windows Mail?
