Hi,

I want to import a copy of one of my company's Web pages into a
presentation. We are using Internet Explorer 6.0 and PowerPoint 2003.

I tried to figure it out without success. Please advise me on this.

Thanks!

It depends what you mean by "importing." You have a few choices:

(1) Take a screen shot of the Web page to get a static image. You can use
your Print Screen button to take the screen shot and then paste it into
your favorite picture editing program.

(2) You can link to the Web page, by creating a button or text and
choosing Insert>Hyperlink. That will require a live Internet connection.

(3) You can use Shyam's free LiveWeb add-in that will give you the full
functionality of the Web page as part of your presentation. See:

Hello David (et al)
This works fine for the SLIDES portion of PPT, but how does one insert a
link to a web page in the NOTES section of the presentation? I am using
Office 2003 Windows XP
Thanks

You can't. Notes pages can't have hyperlinks or action buttons.

Out of curiosity, if they could, how would you use the feature?

All that is great! But you guys said we need to download a software, I did
this on my computer but the presentation needs to be done on another
computer, would that computer also require this software? I would think so
but I just need to be sure before I go ahead into the presentation room and
look around coz the slide wont open!!!!!

If you are asking about LiveWeb add-in, yes, it should be installed on the
presentation computer as well as the development computer.
