Importing Videos

Everytime i try to import a video into the collections it gives me an unknown
error...


is there a way to repair WMM or should i delete it and go buy something
better?

What are you trying to import? Quicktime? RM? (The list is endless..)
WMM is restricted to what file types it can use - it's freeware.
Where are you importing from? (Folder? DV-tape? Cam? Jupiter?)
 
just trying to import anything, i just tried to import an .mpg and it says
unable to import: unspecified error
