Importing video into wmm2

I use a Sony Cybershot digital camera to capture short video. I used to be able to import in mm2 no problem. Now, every time I attempt to import a video clip, it shuts mm2 down and attempts to send a error report to Microsoft.com. Help!
 
I have same problem.
It used to be OK.
Help !!!!
