importing users

I am looking for a good way to do a auto-imports of users to my AD from an
external xls or xml file. If there is anyone out there that is doing
someting similar can you let me know of how you are doing it and how things
are working? TIA

Can I create and enable exchange mailboxes with csvde?

You might be interested in AdmWin. http://www.admwin.com. Click the
SetupBatcher script wizard button and select "Active directory with Exchange
200X server: create / delete accounts and mailboxes".
