Importing users

How can I export users from my Windows 2000 server in
Workgroup to a file and then import the same to another
windows 2000 server in workgroup.

There is no built in ability to do this, but I believe IdealMigration from
PointDev has this ability. http://www.pointdev.com/us.htm

You could use CSVD or Addusers to do it.
