Importing Structure of Unmanaged DLL to managed code

Hi All..
I am working in developing smart device application. In that I am using
unmanaged dll. In that dll there is structure which i have to use.

That is I have import the structure into my .net application.

How can I import that structure to my code. Suggest me with any sample
code.

You can't "import" it. You have to declare it in a manner such that, when
allocated from managed code, it will have the same in-memory layout as the
unmanaged DLL is expecting. There are dozens of structures declared in
