Importing .pst file

After XP failed to load, I had to restore it on my hard
drive. When finished I had to re-install all my
software. I installed Office 2000 and then went into
Outlook and imported my saved .pst file. This worked
fine, however, I now have 2 calendars. One is the one I
imported and is filled with all of my appointments, the
other is empty and unable to be deleted, however, it's the
one that Outlook uses as my "main" calendar. Now, when I
click on Outlook Today, I see nothing because it's getting
the information from the empty calendar. Does anyone know
how to change the default so it reads my "real" calendar?
Thanks so much! Andi

It sounds like you imported the calendar into a calendar
that is part of a personal folder. No matter, I would
export the calendar you want and import it into the
calendar that is part of the actual mailbox (the one you
see in your outlook today). Then you can delete the one
you don't need. The reason you can't delete the one you
tried to delete is because it is part of the mailbox,
this should get you going. Good luck! If you need help
email me and I'll be glad to walk you through it.

tools, services, delivery tab to change the default location to the old
pst - try tools, account if you don't have tools, services menu. Then move
any new items to the old pst and remove the new pst from your profile.
