I'm attempting to import a .pst file which was created from another computer
using Outlook 2007 to my computer. When I select the file to import and
click 'next' the program notifies me that it's 'not responding'.

I never had this issue with XP only with Vista...

2nd question:

I clicked the box to enable HTML, but I'm not able to view HTML emails.

can someone help, thanks.

Why would you use import for this? If this is a PST file, you have no need
to convert it to some other format.
Just open the file.

Thank you for your help regarding the PST file.

When I open an email which has HTML the HTML content does not open. Outlook
seems like its trying to open it but it freezes. when I click anywhere on
the window or I try to close it the window grays out and nothing is
functional.
