Importing Pictures

C:\Documents and Settings\Esteban\My Documents\Esteban\Mike\Carpeta
Presentacion\fOTOS\Fotos Video\Asparagus2.jpg could not be imported.
Unspecified error

This massage appear at the moment of import file to my collections.... I
don't know what can I do?

Might try opening the .jpg picture in another viewer (like the free
Irfanview) and saving it as a .bmp file. Then import the .bmp file.
 
Try opening it in your imaging program and then either resaving it as a JPG
or better yet saving it as a BMP file and see if you can import it then.
