Importing Personal Folder

I'm trying to move my files from a different computer, using the Personal
Folder option. I exported the folder to a .pst file and now I am unable to
import it on the new computer - I get error messages first telling me that
I need to set up the properties for this information service, then that I
do not have permission to access this file. I'm using Outlook 2000 on
WinXP. Both the old and new computers have the same log-in and I have Admin
rights on both.
 
Make sure the file you are trying to import is not "read only". You can
check this file property in Explorer.

Thanks for the response, I checked the properties in explorer and the box
is not checked "read only", any other suggestions?
