Importing Outlook files (messages, contacts) from another XP user

Hi everyone. I created a second XP profile for myself and set up Outlook
(2003) in the new profile. I am using the same e-mail accounts as in the
first XP profile.

How do I transfer all of my existing Outlook files (e-mail, contacts,
calendar reminders) into my new profile ?
