Importing Outlook Contacts Into OWA on Exchange 2003

With OWA in Exchange 2003 supporting the full Outlook feature set, does
anybody know if it is possible to Import a Windows Address Book (.csv .wab)
or Outlook contact list into OWA? The new OWA, looks and feels like Outlook
so you think you would be able to move your contacts to the web side as well.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
