Importing Outlook 2007 e-mail accounts into Outlook 2007

I had a laptop "drink" coffee and had to recover the files onto an external
drive. My current laptop has Outlook 2007 on it and I would like to import
the settings from the external drive into the laptop. I don't know how to
tell Outlook where to look for the files or what files to look for. Can I
tell import where to look or manually move the files to where they will be
imported?

Never import from a PST.
