Importing old emails from Outlook Express

I have been using Outlook Express for some time now on my
old computer. I just purchased a new computer, and
installed Outlook when I installed Office 2003. I would
like to know if there is any way to import my old emails
from Outlook Express to Outlook. I have tried using the
import command under File, but Outlook Express is not one
of the programs listed under this option.

The best way is to configure Outlook on the machine and then
File>Export>Messages and File>Export>Addresses from Outlook Express.

By the way, in Outlook, import from OE with File>Import and Export>Import
Internet Mail and Addresses and select "Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x".
