importing old email from old machine

Hi, can anyone tell me where the emails are stored within windows mail? I
have just got a new machine and need to import all of my old emails both
machines contain vista although they are not networked they both are running
vista with windows mail 7

did you figure it out i have outlook express on windows xp on old computer,
need that mail in this account for business.
