Importing Netscpe 7.1 email and folders

Hi there...
Just moving to Outlook, and I do not see a way to import
Netscape 7.x emails. I have many emails in seperate
folders that I really do not want to lose.
Any tips on how to do this?

If I remember correctly the converters only went up to Netscape 4.7 and so
one method would be to downgrade to 4.7 and then import into Outlook Express
and then into Outlook
