Importing Netscape 7.1 mail and addresses into Office Outlook 2007

How do I import mail folders and addresses from Netscape 7.1 into Office
Outlook 2007? The latter does not seem to inherently recognize the former.

I'm new to this forum; sorry if I'm asking something that's been covered a
thousand times.....just steer to me to the closest link.

does netscape support exporting addresses to csv format?
