Importing my local settings in the new network account (XP Pro)

Hello,
On a XP Pro system , I need to export all the settings (desktop, start menu, etc) of a local account (Paolo) , and import them in the new network account I created adding the account to a domain( Paolo.ftnet).
How shall I do ?
