I have tried several times to use the I.E. 6 utility for
Export/Import my customized Netscape Bookmarks to the
Favorites File and have been unsuccessful.
Its pretty obvious I have missed som instruction.
Can someone send me a detailed instuction?
For the record the bookmarks had been in the Netscape 4.78
browser in addition I am running Windows 98.

If you use File-Import, the wizard should lead you by the hand.
Please detail exactly what steps you are taking, what happens and what
you mean by "customized" bookmarks as oppesed to bookmarks.

My definition of customized bookmarks means I have
made/named my own folders and added bookmarks of my
choosing some of which I have renamed.
I have used the file imports/exports uility found in I.E.
6 but it doesn't move my bookmarks to the favorites file
only the bookmarks originally found in Netscape are moved
As I understand the bookmarks are in a
netscape/communicator file titled Bookmarks HTM. Must I go
to the bookmrks.htm sight to properly move them?

In

No, you don't have to go to any site.
You should only need to import them from Bookmark.htm in the
Import/Export utility.
You should be given the option to "Import from a File or Address" and
the box should already contain the location of Bookmark.htm
If it does not, then browse for it or enter it.
