Importing my Addressbook from Outlook Express

I can't seem to find a way to import my Outlook Express Addressbook (WAB
File) into Outlook. I have a new Dell with Windows Vista:(:(
 
if it is Outlook you might have to export it as CSV from Outlook Express to be able to import it into Outlook.

I also need to know how to import my old email addresses from Outlook
Express into Windows Mail. I, too, have Vista.
